Dr. Buckel began practicing orthopedics in 2008. He is fellowship trained in shoulder and elbow surgery, but he treats all orthopedic conditions. Recently, his focus is on non-operative orthopedics, regenerative medicine, stem cell and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections. Dr. Buckel’s goal is to get patients back to the sports they love without surgery. He uses thorough patient history, comprehensive physical exam, on-site digital x-ray, and ultrasound for diagnosing patient conditions. Dr. Buckel prescribes personalized exercise programs, nutrition counseling, in-office modalities such as low-level laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and Normatec pneumatic compression therapy. He also uses supplementation and medication prescriptions when necessary.

Dr. Buckel treats joint arthritis with personalized nutrition and exercise programs, cortisone injections, visosupplementation injections, and stem cell (concentrated adipose tissue) injections when indicated.
